NCG certified Service Center Repair for Woodward Varistroke™ machines

Since April 2023, NCG has been certified as a Service Center Repair for Woodward Varistroke™. This certification allows us to both inspect these devices on-site and perform maintenance on them.

The Woodward certification covers various maintenance and servicing points:

  • Assessment and verification of the unit’s condition,
  • Initial evaluation of a warranty request for a Woodward Varistroke™,
  • Application of a Woodward repair kit,
  • Update of application software or firmware,
  • Performance of functional tests.

 

Woodward Varistroke™ – Definition and Application

Woodward Varistroke™ are linear electrohydraulic actuators that drive steam turbine linkages/valves.

Their excellent precision and resolution make them ideal for valve control and speed/load control of turbines, where operating times/reactivity and availability are critical.

NCG is a Woodward, Inc. distribution partner, authorized and certified Varistroke™ Bronze & Silver Level Maintenance Certification, in Europe, the Maghreb, and Africa.
