The VibroSmart® VSV301 monitoring module has two independent dynamic vibration channels and an auxiliary channel, which can be configured as a tachometer or DC input channel. This processing module is capable of stand-alone vibration monitoring, or can be integrated with other VibroSmart modules to create more complete measurement blocks.
The VSV301 module performs data acquisition and all the signal processing (filtering, analog-to-digital conversion, time and frequency domain processing, and resampling) required to produce processed outputs and extracted data for physical output and data presentation in VibroSight Vision and VibroSight Scope. This includes spectral band extractions, advanced FFT analysis, trend and limit checks (alarm and sensor OK), and power rise and fall acquisition.
Note: The VSV301 monitoring module matches and even improves on the specifications and performance of the VSV300 monitoring module, providing an equivalent replacement in terms of form, fit and functionality. The VSV301 also uses the same VSB300 terminal base, making it easy to replace a VSV300 with a VSV301.
