MaK 6M32E on-board engine intervention

At Normandy Control Group, experts in industrial maintenance and speed control for rotating thermal machines, we recently carried out an intervention on a MaK 6M32E motor. This engine is installed on board a ship transporting fuel between France and Corsica.

Details of the intervention :

Moteur MaK 6M32E

Type of operation: Removal of regulator 2231-16H-40, followed by installation of a reconditioned regulator.

Reason: Reaching 15,000 operating hours, in line with NCG’s preventive maintenance recommendations.

This intervention was successfully carried out after clutched tests with alternator coupled, guaranteeing optimum performance and long-term reliability. We are committed to providing maintenance services that extend the life of industrial equipments.
