CSR Challenge closes: Normandy Control Group finishes 2nd!
The CSR Challenge, organized by the UIMM du Havre, concluded after two intense weeks focused on the major challenges of corporate social responsibility. Normandy Control Group is proud to have taken on this collective challenge, and even more proud to have finished in second place in the final ranking!
A CSR challenge… and a sporting one!
For two weeks, our teams were mobilized around CSR challenges, combining actions promoting sustainable development, workplace well-being, solidarity, and even sports!
On the agenda: walking, cycling, running, and other initiatives to get active, motivate ourselves, and strengthen team cohesion. These challenges allowed us to combine business with pleasure, highlighting our commitment while energizing our workdays.
Throughout the challenge, our team enthusiastically gathered for numerous walks. It was also a valuable opportunity to strengthen our CSR approach through collective moments.
We had a strong collective experience internally, marked by motivation, team spirit, and the desire to advance our CSR practices.

Finishing in second place in this challenge is a source of great pride for Normandy Control Group. This recognition highlights the commitment of our employees and the relevance of our CSR initiatives.
