Our intervention on the EGB regulator
The work involved removing and re-installing the controller, followed by a series of rigorous technical tests to ensure its correct operation:
- Mechanical dynamic tests: These tests were carried out to verify the controller’s response under actual operating conditions. They ensured that the controller responded correctly to load variations in a dynamic environment.
- Full auto tests in electric mode: We also carried out automatic tests in electric mode to ensure optimum regulation and rapid response to changing operating conditions.
These two series of tests ensured that the Woodward EGB controller operated at maximum capacity, delivering reliable and stable performance.
