The CE687 piezoelectric accelerometer is a versatile, loop-powered 4 to 20 mA vibration sensor (vibration transmitter) with piezoelectric sensing element, integrated electronics and current output. It is available with 4 to 20 mA sensitivity proportional to 0 to 10 or 0 to 20 g.
The CE687 is available as a single sensor, or with an integrated cable protected by stainless steel braiding. Sensor-only versions allow a range of different cables to be used to connect the sensor to the monitoring system, depending on the application and environment.
The CE687 is designed and built for use in harsh industrial environments.
Designed for general-purpose vibration measurement, particularly for BOP (Balance of Plant) machines such as compressors, gearboxes, motors, pumps and fans.
