505View

505View uses Intellution’s powerful PC-based HMI engine to provide a graphical and intuitive interface for 505 and 505E controls. The 505View software is decoupled from hardware to offer ultimate flexibility in application.

Product description and features

505View displays all parameters required for operation and servicing. An operator or engineer can graphically view operational inputs, adjust control setpoints, issue run-mode commands, and display trends and event logs for turbine and control parameters.

As a full HMI operator or special tool, 505View reveals all the power and flexibility of the 505 control.

Remote access to 505View enables unmanned sites or remote services. These features are inherent to the Intellution HMI software provided with 505View.

505View software can run on any PC meeting specified requirements, providing various packaging options. It can be installed on a permanent control room computer for a true operator interface, mounted on an industrial touchscreen for local operation, or used on a laptop by instrumentation engineers for troubleshooting. Graphics are suitable for touchscreen use.

505View configuration is seamless to the user. It dynamically pulls configuration parameters from the 505/505E control system and automatically exposes only the relevant functions. Regardless of the 505/505E configuration, no 505View setup is required.

If the control is not configured to accept 505View interface commands, 505View functions as a system monitor only. Once the control is programmed to interface with the 505View operator interface, all run-mode operations can be monitored and executed through 505View (Start/Stop, enable/disable mode, increase/decrease setpoint). Using RS-422 or RS-485 communications, 505View can be located up to 1220 meters (4000 feet) from the 505 controller.
